Store credit or exchange only, no refunds will be given.

Exchanges
All full price items (excluding earrings or custom items) are eligible for an exchange within 7 days of receipt if returned in unworn/unwashed condition in original packaging. Please contact me within 7 days if you will need to initiate an exchange. If an item is damaged or defective, please reach out immediately. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at belikemissy@gmail.com and after authorization, please send your item to: 3908 Britt Dawn Ln, Zebulon NC 27597, United States.

Custom Items
Any custom item is ineligible for return/exchange. 

Sanitary Issues
Due to hygiene issues, items such as earrings are ineligible for return/exchange. However, please reach out if you have an issue with your order.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. All discounted items are final sale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you purchased an item with free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your shop credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
